Darlene Russell is the owner and operator of Russell Accident Law (formerly Ches Crosbie Barristers).

Darlene graduated from Memorial University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and a Major in Dietetics. She obtained a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New Brunswick in 1993 and has practiced law in Newfoundland and Labrador since 1994. Darlene is a current member of both the Atlantic Provinces Trial Lawyers Association and the Canadian Bar Association. She is a past member of the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador Insurance Committee and a past member of Memorial University’s Board of Regents. She has been listed in Best Lawyers, a peer-reviewed guide to the legal profession worldwide, in the category of personal injury litigation.
